The most important feature of the so called 'no win no fee' agreement is that this firm will not expect to be paid by you for any of the basic costs set out in the agreement if your claim is unsuccessful. We will explain to you what success will mean in your case and explain why our basis costs and expenses will become payable when that occurs. We will advise you of the limited circumstances when you might become liable for the basic costs and expenses if the agreement is brought to an end by you or this firm in certain circumstances.
10. These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
