Another new feature that should be live during May 2009 is live chat, we have found that more and more customers are used to the chat system from sites such as Skye and this will now be available on Accident Consult.

Initially it will be available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday but we are thinking of further extending the hours depending on demand. If an operator is not available then you can leave a message or complete a form with your email or telephone so we can call you back.
