Bridgnorth Compensation Claims

Bridgnorth is a small historic town in Shropshire only 13 miles from Telford and 19 miles from Ludlow.  The town is split into two High Town and Low Town; these were names due to the elevations of the River Severn.

Bridgnorth Castle was built in 1101 by Robert de Belleme then altered and rebuilt by Earl of Shrewsbury.  In March 2001 the castle grounds were excavated by the Time Team, which clarified the layout and history of the castle.

Bridgnorth’s Castle Hill Railway travels from Low Town to High Town and is the steepest inland railway of its type in England.  There is also the Severn Valley Railway that runs from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster.  It’s a popular tourist attraction as well as locals going to enjoy the scenery as well as the real ale beers served at Bridgnorth Station.  The railway do weekend events including Thomas the Tank Engine, 1940’s as well 24hr running of the trains through the night.  It’s a great attraction for all ages not only for children but for adults too.

There are other things to see in Bridgnorth including the Theatre on the Steps, The Majestic cinema which is a 1930’s cinema now with 3 screens.  There are also a variety of bars and pubs mostly on the high street and restaurants and cafés to sit and eat and drink.

Having an accident in Bridgnorth is no different to having an accident anywhere else in the country.  Finding a good competent solicitor to deal with the case is a must.  With today’s technology and the Internet you can find solicitors willing to take you case on from anywhere in the country.  Accident Consult are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers who subscribe to the Code of Conduct and Consumer Charter.  They believe that if you are the victim of an accident you should have access to justice and the very best representation in order to secure the maximum compensation you deserve.

Claiming compensation is your legal and civil right and you should not be persuaded otherwise.  Talking to a good solicitor will be enable you to make the best decision on claiming compensation.  As long as the accident was not your fault then you should be entitled to damages.

Most solicitors work on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis.  ‘No Win No Fee’ services came into effect in 1998 when Legal Aid was abandoned and was replaced by the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).  This means that solicitors are only paid if they win the case.   So any solicitor will not take the case on unless they are 99% sure they will win.  Compensation is recovered in the form of damages which cover lost earnings, your pain and suffering, cost of care, treatment costs and other losses all of which we have experience in pursuing, if necessary through the Courts on behalf of 100's of appreciative clients.

Accident Consult, are experts in advising you on all aspects of your compensation claims.  So whatever type of accident you have had whether it is for a whiplash injury, work accident or any other personal injury don't delay, claim today it is your civil and legal right.
