On Tuesday and Friday there is a street market based in the High Street as well as a farmers market taking place on the first Saturday of every month.  Daventry Country Park and Reservoir to a lovely place to go and enjoy the countryside with grassland and woodland everywhere.  The park also has an adventure playground, circular walks, bird watching hides, day ticket angling as well as toilets, café, picnic areas and an interpretation centre.
