But an insurance can be taken to cover the aforementioned payment if ever the case is lost. This can be arranged by the solicitor. If the complainant wins the case, he will pay the solicitor along with his disbursements. A solicitor may also charge a “success fee” as a means of compensating the solicitor for taking the risk of not being paid if the case is lost.
Truly, with a “no win, no fee” agreement, the dispensation of justice for the victims of accidents does not have to stop because of limited funds.
