"How would you like to travel abroad and visit the wonders of the world? You can answer certainly yes, but there are also many people who find traveling around as a very dangerous endeavor and always with a lot of risks. More often than not, after an accident happened, it is the common alibi or justification of these reckless drivers that the incident occurred due to a mechanical error or force majeure. These are actually mere afterthoughts on their part, the very reason for the accident being the their negligence and lack of care and precaution.
When faced with similar situations, don’t just easily believe the contentions of the negligent drivers. You must make your own inquiry and make an independent assessment. Under these situations, always put in mind that you are the victim and the negligent driver being the culprit. "
