My personal thanks and gratitude for the professional representation and personal guidance provided during this claim. If I should ever be in the unfortunate position of needing legal representation
again, I hope you

Summons, what it means for you

An order to appear or supply evidence at court. This can also be a name for a claim form. Normally a summons will have a date when the defendant is required to appear in court.

In England the claim form is now used, which replaced the more old fashioned writ of summons. This was done as part of a government attempt to make the law more understandable by normal citizens.

Within the claim form there are details of the complaint which is known as the particulars of claim.

If you need legal help and advice call us at Accident Consult, whilst we specialise in personal injury work, we are backed by solicitors who we can refer you to other legal matters.
