With severe cases all aspects of the injured persons life will be affected. For moderately severe cases the prognosis is better than for severe cases with professional help. The amount you could be entitled too would be in the region of £13,500 to £33,800.
With moderate cases of post traumatic stress disorder the person would have largely recovered and continuing effects will not be grossly disabling. The amount you could be entitled too would be in the region of £4,825 to £13,500.
For very minor cases where the injured person has virtually fully recovered and only minor symptoms persist over any longer period of time, the amount would be in the region of £4,825.
